1. Contract partner

This online shop is operated under the brand Safa Foods by TradEx UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Stargarder Straße 17, 85053 Ingolstadt, Germany. Email: info@safa-foods.eu.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Safa Foods online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

3. Products and availability

Safa Foods sells groceries and food products including rice, flour, atta, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, spices, masala, pickles, sauces and supermarket items. Product images are for illustration. Availability may change at short notice, especially for fresh or imported products.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable German VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

5. Order process and contract conclusion

By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, or delivery of the goods.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders may be processed only after successful payment authorization.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available in Germany and selected EU countries where enabled in checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, supplier availability, or public holidays.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and EU Return Policy.

For food products, the right of withdrawal can be excluded or limited where products are perishable, have a short use-by date, are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed, or are opened/used and no longer suitable for resale.

9. Damaged, wrong or defective goods

If goods arrive damaged, wrong or defective, contact us as soon as possible at info@safa-foods.eu with the order number and photos of the goods and packaging. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Statutory warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply according to German and EU consumer law.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires liability. In other cases, liability is limited according to statutory rules.

13. Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence.

14. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
